Taibah fashion, make sure that you have a joyful experience while buying your favorite ethnic outfits. for some reason if you change your mind and want to cancel the order, please read our cancellation and return policies carefully.

Pre-shipment cancellations

If your order is not one of the “ready to ship” product and you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing, you will get 100% refund of your order and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you.

If the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of the order then the refund amount will be based on the completion process (for example stitching, packing, shipping etc.)  we will try our best to refund the maximum amount of your order.

If your order is one of the “ready to ship” product, and you want to cancel. the refund will be based on completion processing (for example packing, shipping etc.). because as soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. the process of packaging, customizing starts and the ordered product in most cases already passes through a couple of stages.

if your order is not shipped, we will exclude the packing cost and the rest of amount will be refunded back your account.

if you decided to cancel the order after your order is shipped, please follow the instructions below.

After shipment returns

no return accepted on;

Details Please remember that returns are not accepted on ‘sale’ items except if it’s an error related to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was shipped out to you by mistake.

In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. wait for a confirmation email from Taibah fashion, once you receive it, ship back the product preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues. also send it back as soon as possible within 2 business days after receiving the email because we do not accept any returns if the product is shipped back to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Please do not ship the products before receiving a “return accepted” confirmation email from us, we will be unable to process any “items returned” without the return authorization reference.

you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a return authorization and instructions of returning the product within 2 business days. please do not ship items before you receive this email from us, we will be unable to process any “items returned” without the return authorization reference. please note: in case needed, we’d request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

when shipping back the items please make sure that you keep all the packaging material along with the product. do not remove tags, stickers, etc. unless you are sure you want to keep the product. the original tag is required to process the returns.

Refunds

you will be advised to pick up another similar item of the same price or your 100% refund (including the shipping cost) if there is any manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing; or a wrong item was shipped out to you by mistake.

If you decided to return the product “without any manufacturing or a wrong item was shipped out to you” then you have to bear the returning cost and your actual product refund will be based on the product’s condition. after inspection we will contact you and based on the product condition you will receive the refund. please keep in mind that you will not get refund of shipping and handling cost.

The refund process takes 2-3 business days and the repayments and transfers are subjected to the banks and financial institutions policies, estimated time is between 7 to 10 business days.

please note that any international transaction fee or any charge by the bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded.
